WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT OPTIONS?

  1. Payment options will be available when at the checkout process. Payments will be taken from your chosen method once we accept your order. 

  2. All prices seen are for products only (which include tax) however these do not include any postage costs. 

  3. The final amount to pay once postage has been included will therefore be the amount which will credit your payment method. 

  4. Any orders completed using PayPal will be dispatched a day later than orders being made with credit/debit card.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN AND REFUND POLICY?

You have 28 calendar days to return an item from the date you purchased it. To be eligible for a return your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Your item must be in the original packaging.

Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the refund within 5-7 working days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

You will be responsible for paying for your own P&P costs for returning your item. Return P&P costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return P&P will be deducted from your refund.
